The ‘Why’ Behind Our Rebrand

Since 2021, Body Pulse Pilates has been such a defining part of my life.

What started as a pop-up Pilates studio quickly turned into something more. When COVID hit, everything changed, and in many ways, it ended up being the best thing for me. I took Body Pulse Pilates online. In the beginning, it was simple: creating a space where people could move, feel good, and have something consistent to return to.

Over time, it’s naturally evolved alongside me and as it’s grown, so has the vision behind it.

I’ve always loved different forms of movement. Not just Pilates, but everything that supports how you feel in your body. Your needs shift depending on the season you’re in — sometimes it’s strength, sometimes something slower, sometimes it’s simply showing up to breathe and letting that be enough.

Pilates has been such a big part of Body Pulse, and it always will be, but it’s always felt like the beginning of something bigger. This rebrand is really just a reflection of that. We’re moving from Body Pulse Pilates to simply Body Pulse — a shift that feels more aligned with where things are heading.

It’s not about changing what’s already here, it’s about building on it and creating space for more — more ways to move, more ways to connect, and more ways to support your overall wellbeing.

The brand itself is shifting too. It feels softer, more grounded, and more aligned. Think earthy tones, fresher colours, and a stronger sense of connection overall.

There’s also been SO much happening behind the scenes for a while now, and this is just the beginning. I’m not ready to share everything yet (but I seriously cannot wait!!) but it’s all slowly coming together.

If you’ve been here from the beginning, thank you. Whether that was during the pop-ups or when everything moved online, it seriously means the world to me and I can’t wait for you to experience everything that’s to come.

And if you’re new here, welcome 🤍

With love,

Lisa xx
